As with all Matteo's classes the major focus will be on mixing, kneading, rolling and cutting the fresh pasta and making the gnocchi. You will all work together to prepare the entree and dessert. The menu will be inspired by seasonal produce available at the Barossa Farmers Market and our neighbours at Barossa Cheese Company.
